Amazing puzzle platformer! Really well done :D It's so wholesome!
It's nice to see that you liked it! โค๏ธ
I'm having a hard time at the moment to start a new project ๐
Marvelous! โค๏ธ
So nice to hear that you liked my game :)
That's great to see people playing my game ๐ฅฐ
Made a video
Thanks a lot for the review. You have a very nice dynamic ! So cool to see that you enjoyed the game even if it was hard some moment. Congrats ๐
Happy you enjoyed the video and even though some of the parts were a little frustrating it was a fun experience
Hey there LumbirBwut, it took me time to make a complete gameplay walkthrough review video for your game. I was aiming for the perfect score but your game is so challenging, which is really good.
I was super into the story, it was a really good one that has a realistic voice and makes an impact when you focus with it. Really loved it.
The controls are a little bit hard and I did faced some difficulties to get used to them (They are only hard when you don't know how the stick wall jump works, I thought at first I should be holding the button direction to the wall to stay there xD)
Sound effects and all realted to sound is good, although they are sometimes out of sync (I mentioned this with details in the end of the video)
I have mentined a lot of things by the end of the video and gave my first impressions at that start! Loved the challenge of the game. I wish all the best in your project and your next ones!
That is hell of a nice review ๐
It's so nice to see someone dedicated his time to the game and enjoyed it ๐
I definitly wanted to make a platformer and tell a story in parallel, listening to you I feel like I have succeeded, which is very nice.
I totally agree that the controls are a bit harsh sometime...
Nice to hear that you enjoyed the sound design of the game, it was super hard for me to setup as am I not at all a musician.
Thanks a lot for this huge video test, it was a lot of work too, congratulations ๐
Thank you as well, this game was fun to play! It is very challenging and I like that
it has lovely aesthetics, interesting mechanics and a good story. it's a very well made game, but unfortunately there were some things that got in the way of the gameplay. the text in dialog boxes is hard to read on low resolution monitors, the flowers hitbox is a little too punitive and sometimes the platforming controls were a bit frustrating. i also missed controls in WASD.
Hi thanks for your feedbacks ! That's true hitboxes are a little too punitive, several persons said the same. I think if I do a patch in futur weeks I'll work on it.
This was a wonderfully fun platformer with a very touching story. Keep up the great work!
Hi thanks a lot for the feedback and the time you took to make a video, that's is so nice.
Watching your video I noticed something really weird, the animation system looked completly broken (there is no turning back to idle animation), which isn't the case on my version. With what build are you playing (Windows, Linux or Mac) and with what configuration (Gamepad or Keyboard) ?
Thanks again
This is one of the more creative games that ive played in a while. Lemme just say, not only is this game hella calming, but the sound design is just immaculate as well. I would definitely recommend adding some sort of calming music to it too for the added experience, but either way, this is still a really cool game. Nice work!! Can't wait to see what other types of games you create in the future too!
Thank you very much. It really touches me that you took the time to write this so sweet comment ๐
It has been a long development journey with this game, many times, I didn't know where I was going with it, and now to see that at least one person enjoyed it is a fantastic award !
I definitly agree with you concerning the calm music. Music is my main drawback so I tried different stuff but I didn't feel happy with the result.
I think I will try to involve some musician friends on it in the near futur :)
Thank again, take care ๐ธ
Hi. I enjoyed the game. It was calming and entertaining. :D I would add more music to it tho. Also, I think that it would be more popular if you added a WebGL version and an already installed archive. Additionally, I made a video with my first reaction to the game.
Whooa thanks a lot for the review, that's great ! I totally agree with you for the music, I didn't have the skill to do it, but maybe with some friends of mine which are musician, I could totally work on it. Stay tuned.
I'll check if a webgl version is possible whitout affecting the quality of the game.
Thanks a lot for the feedbacks and the video, that's so niiiice :D
I enjoyed it :D
